Frequently Asked Questions
How do I contact The Vue Campus leasing office?

Is this a dorm?
No, Vue Campus is not a dorm. Vue Campus will be privately managed and will offer the benefits of being ON campus but not living in a cramped dorm. There will be residence life activities each month that will vary from food related events to campus-oriented events. While you will have the support of a Resident Assistant on your floor, you will have the same freedom and enjoyment of a conventional apartment home.
Where is Vue Campus Apartment Community located?
Vue Campus Apartment Community is under construction and will be conveniently located on UW-Fond du Lac campus at 325 Campus Dr, Fond du Lac, WI 54935. While we are under construction, we will have an information table set up in The Commoms at UW-Fond du Lac. Stop by and visit us!

What does my rent include at Vue Campus?

Yes, Vue Campus Apartment Community will have our own dedicated parking area that will be for residents only.
What is individual leasing and why is that important to me?
An individual lease is a “per bed” lease. You sign a lease for a bed in the apartment and share common areas with roommates. This allows you to live with roommates without having to worry whether they’re going to pay on time!
Can I request roommates?
We are more than happy to accommodate you if you have roommates you would prefer to live with. Don’t have roommates? No problem! We provide roommate matching services!
What is the process for roommate matching?
All residents are asked to fill out a roommate matching form when they apply for residency. Some of the categories by which we match people include year in school, housekeeping habits, study habits and interests. We ask all residents to fill out this form as honestly as possible so that we can match you to the best of our abilities.
Do you have laundry facilities?
Vue Campus has something even better: EVERY apartment includes a washer and dryer! No more saving up quarters and lugging your laundry to the laundry room!
Do you have a maintenance staff?
Yes, Vue Campus will have a fully-qualified maintenance staff available for work orders and 24-hour emergency maintenance as well.
Do I have to be a student to live here?
Yes, we require that you are attending a local college in order to be a resident at Vue Campus.
How much is the security deposit?
The security deposit is equal to one month of rent in the floor plan you choose.
